1 Sometimes I drink too much vodka or eat 3 servings of macaroni and cheese in one sitting, but by far the most unhealthy habit I have is comparing myself to others.
I’m really glad this post resonated with so many other people. I’ve been thinking about this a lot lately and doing my best to quit the habit.

Box dye won’t lighten hair because the peroxide is only meant to deposit color and not lift color.. If you’re trying to go lighter you should get a bleach kit then dye over it with the lighter color! =)
I know it’s not supposed to, but the last few times I’ve done this it’s worked :) I only buy it when it’s on sale, anyways, so there’s never any harm in trying it. I’m too broke/cheap to go to a salon and too terrified to bleach it ><
